The RUSS One Man Minipactor is the natural progression for our highly successful RUSS Minipactor. Providing additional cost savings through operator safety and a hugh boost in productivity this unit is further evidence of our committment to providing Industry Best equipment to our customers. Responding to customer feedback and our own Industry observations the new RUSS One Man Minipactor is aimed directly at the small to medium marketplace.

No flow diverters in the hydraulic system minimise heat generation and extends the life cycle of the hydraulic system. No electronics minimises the possibility of downtime from vibration, shock and dusty environments.

Flexibility for the operator

Units are fitted standard with "in-cab" controls for maximum driver comfort and reduced strain and fatigue. External operation stations can be fitted as an additional option. This makes the unit great for park application where the vehicle is parked and the operator/s bring the bins to a central location.

Dual control systems can be fitted to a wide range of vehicles suitable for this type of application. Industry feedback indicates this is not a necessity for the smaller cab vehicle. Additional, strategically located mirrors permits the operator easy operation of the unit from their normal driving position.

Safer working environment

Compaction and ejection is performed by the heavy duty fully fabricated blade that travels horizontally in a fully guided sump on replaceable Bissalloy wear pads. Horizontal ejection reduces the loss of stability experienced on uneven or poorly compacted surfaces such as often found at landfill sites.

Operator and public safety issues have been addressed in the design of the complete range of Russ Minipactor's. Interlock systems, micro switches and emergency stops reduce the likelihood of injury to the operator or the public during the operations of the vehicle.

Consistently high resale values

Outstanding resale values have been consistently achieved for the Russ Minipactor. Up to fifty (50) percent of the initial purchase price is not uncommon.
